Many technicians are assigned the duty of testing fire alarm systems as part of their daily jobs, but do they really know how to perform the task according to Chapter 14 of the NFPA 72?

The AAA has a 6 hour CEU class that covers Inspection and Testing of Life Safety Systems in accordance with NFPA 72 Chapter 14. This in-person class will be led by an active member of the NFPA 72 code development committee that will explain the proper methods of inspection and testing that will work with every manufacturer's systems.

Attendees will learn the code compliant methods and not what they may have seen someone else do, which may not be an acceptable test method.
